Trained staff and volunteers answer the 211/HELP-Line which provides 24-hour crisis intervention as well as information and referrals to community resources.   Individuals can reach this number by dialing 2-1-1 (Kalamazoo County Residents) or 269-381-HELP. Other programs include: community traumatic incident response teams (269-381-HELP), suicide prevention services (269-381-1510 or 800-273-TALK), dispute resolution services (269-522-3434 or 800-873-7658) and a support group for survivors of suicide (269-381-HELP).   The following toll free numbers are also available 24 hours a day: (800) 292-4517 for the RAPline (Runaway Assistance Program); (800) 942-HELP for the Parent HELPline, 800-996-6228 for the Vulnerable Adult Helpline.
