CNS Healthcare
CNS Healthcare is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health
Clinic (CCBHC) providing mental health and substance use disorder
services to children (7-17) and adults (18+). CNS is proud to serve a
variety of diverse communities within the state of Michigan. We pride
ourselves on providing a welcoming environment for people of all ages,
races, religions, and orientations. Services are delivered in a
holistic, trauma-informed manner to meet the needs of individuals and
help improve their quality of life. We can provide services to those
with private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, or no insurance at all.
Services: Psychiatry, medication management, evaluation, medication
assisted treatment, case management, therapy, peer support, job
placement assistance, clubhouse.
