WHS is a multi-service program to children & adolescents with residential treatment facilities in Saginaw, Detroit & Vassar, Michigan.  Programs include a 80 bed high security treatment facility for boys ages 14-17, a low security treatment facility for boys ages 13-17, a residential treatment facility for boys ages 12- 17 who have a full scale IQ of less than 68 and a 60 bed, six month, program for boys ages 14-16 who have committed a felony offense which would constitute palcement in a medium or campus based facility.
