The Engagement Center is a short-term crisis intervention facility that
provides a supervised, supportive setting for individuals with substance use
and co-occurring disorders. As an alternative to emergency room care, the
Engagement Center is aimed at clients who require observation for safety in
an appropriate setting. It is a safe, clean, welcoming environment where
clients can stabilize, have a meal, take a shower, and talk to caring staff
and volunteers about their situations.
