Treatment:  Serving adults 18 and older with chemical dependency treatment utilizing the disease concept and 12-step model.  92-beds total, including detoxification, rehabilitation, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs.  Includes dual diagnosis treatment, opiate treatment program, Michigan health professionals recovery program. Adolescent intensive outpatient program, 30-day addiction program for clergy, men and women’s halfway houses (on-campus), Michigan driver’s license restoration assessments, auricular (ear) acupuncture treatments offered in all levels of treatment. Friends and family programming.  Al-Anon, AA, NA 12-step meetings available.

The primary purpose of CPI is to assist substance abusing/dependent individuals understand and modify their thinking and consequent behavior in order to function in a socially acceptable manner. CPI is committed to achieving productive outcomes for its clients and referring agencies.
Services Provided: Residential/therapeutic community program, sub-acute medically monitored detoxification, outpatient services, drug court, work release therapy program, co-occurring disorders program, women’s program, and screening, assessment, referral, and follow-up (SARF). The residential services range in length from 30 to 90 days and include screening, assessment and evaluation. The Cognitive Behavioral Therapy treatment consists of daily group therapy sessions and weekly individual therapy sessions. Educational services include didactic lectures; media presentations; outside speakers; AIDS/HIV information, testing, and confidential counseling; staff supervised in-house AA/NA meetings 5 days/week; anger management groups; parenting classes; weekly Christian worship services for those so disposed; aftercare referrals; follow-up; arts and crafts; and physical education.

Area, Ages Served: We provide treatment for adolescents (ages 12-17) and adults (18 years and older).
Assessment, Screening, Referrals, Recovery Support: Referral sources and patients can request a clinical assessment by contacting our intake office during normal business hours at (248) 661-6100 or via email at Maplegrove@hfhs.org. During the evening and weekends requests for services are transferred to our on-call clinician at (248) 761-6800. 
Treatment: Maplegrove provides a full continuum of clinical care services that includes community education, outpatient, early intervention care, intensive outpatient care, day treatment, inpatient/outpatient detoxification and residential treatment. We provide the following specialized services: relapse stabilization, gender specific groups, compulsive gambling, driver’s license restoration, athletes with substance use disorders, and health care professionals. We view addiction as a progressive disease. Our treatments are based on twelve-step programs, cognitive behavioral treatment and motivational interviewing. We also provide a nationally recognized community education and children's program for parents, children and families affected by addiction. We also host on-site Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Gambling Anonymous and Caduceus (healthcare) meetings for patients.
Family Support: All of the Maplegrove treatment programs incorporate a family program that provides education, counseling and intervention for families in crisis. Family, friends, employers and other significant support are encouraged to participate. We also host on-site Al-Anon and Families Anonymous meetings for significant others.
Licensing, Accreditation, Certification: Maplegrove is licensed through the state of Michigan and is JCAHO accredited. Our clinical care staff are also licensed through the state of Michigan. Our staff includes board certified addiction medicine physicians, board certified addiction psychiatry physicians, psychologists, social workers, nurses and dieticians.

M.R.C. is an outpatient methadone maintenance and methadone detoxification program licensed by MDPH/CSAS (#630417) and accredited by COA. The clinic is conveniently located across from the Northland Shopping Center. Our clinical staff includes: Medical Director, Consulting Psychologist, Nurses and Social Workers. We accept private pay, most Medicaid and Blue Cross patients.

All of the New Oakland treatment programs incorporate a family program that provides education, counseling and Intervention for families in crisis. We view chemical dependency typically in a dual approach with additional focus placed on individual/family mental health needs.

From 5:00 pm to 8:00 am, they can facilitate an assessment or admission by contacting our emergency line at (800) 395-3223. Upon completion of the assessment, the treatment team will make a recommendation to one of our various programs or clinicians for ongoing support and continuity of care.
Family Support: Family, friends, employers and significant support are encouraged to participate in our family programs.
Licensing, Accreditation, Certification: Licensed through the state of Michigan and is CARF-accredited; Our New Oakland clinical team includes: LMSWs, LLPs, LPCs, CACs, and PhDs. Our physicians are board-certified. We have multiple staff psychiatrists, registered dieticians, substance abuse clinicians, mental health technicians and 24/7 nursing care.

Mission: To provide a continuum of care for individuals afflicted with substance abuse or other addictions including gambling.
Fees: Sliding scale based on ability to pay. Most insurances accepted. Some indigent funding available.
Treatment: Residential, Extended Care/IOP, Outpatient and 3/4 Housing. Individualized treatment plans to focus on particular needs of each client. Gender specific, women with children and HIV/AIDS programs also offered. Exposure to support groups (AA, NA, GA, etc.) is an integral part of treatment.
Licensing, Accreditation, Certification: CARF 3 year accreditation; State of Michigan Licensed; MSW's, LPC's, CAC I and II's on staff; MD and psychiatric consultation available.
