Catholic Social Services of Oakland available services include: family counseling, outpatient mental health and substance abuse services, marriage counseling, premarital counseling, anger management services, parenting classes. We serve children over the age of five, adolescents, adults and older adults at all counseling locations. Psychiatric services (evaluation and medication management) are available for individuals in treatment at the agency. CSSOC staff are degreed and licensed with the State of Michigan as social workers, psychologists and licensed professional counselors. Counseling services are non-denominational, and CSSOC is a licensed substance abuse treatment facility and is licensed by the State of Michigan as a child placing agency. Fees for service may be covered by third party insurances, client fees and grants, with some sliding scale availability.
