The Ann Arbor Center for Mindfulness
presents "Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction". Two Spring 2021 virtual
8-week classes in learning skills and strategies for practicing
mindfulness. Meeting weekly for 2.5 hours, participants learn through
guided meditations and discussions, daily mindfulness practice and a
and a one-half day retreat. The course fee is $200 and includes recordings of guided
meditations, handouts the retreat. SW CE credits available. The
teachers are Libby Robinson, Ph.D. & Pam Schweitzer, PMHCNS-BC. Free
Introduction on March 27th. Afternoon classes begin on
Monday, March 27th, 2:00-4:00pm with a half-day retreat on Sunday, May
