New Oakland provides a wide array of services to children, adolescents, adults/seniors and their families in Macomb, Oakland, Wayne, Livingston, Ingham and Genesee Counties. We counsel for behavioral, emotional, and developmental issues. New Oakland's broad continuum of care allows us to custom fit services to meet your needs. The facility is accredited by the Council for the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). In addition to traditional outpatient services, New Oakland also offers a non-traditional, non-hospital based State of Michigan licensed psychiatric partial hospital day treatment program known as FACE to FACE. The FACE to FACE Program provides both short and long-term therapeutic services in a warm, nurturing non-hospital environment. FACE to FACE provides highly structured, supervised and age-appropriate group and individual treatment approaches. New Oakland also provides 24 hour crisis intervention services and is a fully licensed substance abuse treatment facility with a specialization in dual diagnosis. New Oakland therapeutic staff includes psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, professional counselors, clinical nurse specialists and bachelor level milieu counselors.
